Anant Jha

Anant Jha has over 20 years of diverse experience in training, development, and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as Regional Head at ICICI Bank since October 2013, Anant previously held the role of Branch Manager. From July 2010 to December 2024, Anant worked as State Training Manager at DLF Pramerica, focusing on employee training in the Bihar and Jharkhand regions. Prior experience includes serving as Cluster Training Manager at Tata AIG Life Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed the training of branch employees and the development of sales teams. Anant began a career in sales with GlaxoSmithKline from 2003 to 2007, managing institutional sales. Anant holds multiple degrees in Science, having studied at T.N.B. College, Bhagalpur, and Bhagalpur Careers.
