Arun Puppala

Arun Puppala is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Business Solutions Group and Zonal Head for Mortgages in the MMR & Pune regions at ICICI Bank since June 2022, Arun has a strong background in health and accident insurance. At ICICI Lombard, where Arun has worked since May 2012, responsibilities include managing a $200+ million portfolio of health and accident claims as Vice President, overseeing a team of over 500, and engaging with healthcare providers. Additionally, Arun has held roles in agency channel sales and customer service, and previously managed a vast provider network delivering micro health insurance to a population exceeding 5 million. Arun holds a PGP in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
