Kam Ho Tan

Kam Ho Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemicals and commodities sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Accounts at ICIS since March 2019, Kam Ho Tan previously held roles such as Key Account Sales Manager at the same company, contributing to the optimization of global commodities markets. Prior to ICIS, Kam Ho Tan worked at BASF for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included Senior Manager New Market Development and Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing & Business Process, focusing on sustainable chemistry and business process optimization. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at Ciba Specialty Chemicals and Ciba, including Head of Regional Application and Technical Centre, Regional Marketing Head of Polymer Products, and various technical marketing roles. Kam Ho Tan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry, both from Hong Kong Baptist University.
