William Rudowski

William Rudowski is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in change management and reporting analytics. Currently serving as the ITSM Process Owner and Change and Release Manager at iconectiv since September 2018, William effectively navigates Requests for Change, ensures compliance with processes, and coordinates Change Advisory Board meetings. Prior to this, William worked as a Reporting Analyst at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, providing analytical support and documentation for various medical and healthcare data. William also held multiple roles at Sanofi, including Analytics Team Lead, where reporting services for the Americas Region were a key focus, and as a Service Desk Analyst, providing technical support. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rowan University.
