Eric Soni

Eric Soni currently serves in a Leadership Advisory role at ICONIQ Capital since March 2024, focusing on ICONIQ Growth. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Partner at True Search from September 2020 to March 2024, specializing in executive retained search for Product, Data, and Technology roles. Eric's experience at Robert Walters spanned from July 2014 to September 2020, where Eric achieved the title of Global Top Achiever in 2018 and 2019, managed 17 recruiters, and advanced through various roles to Associate Director. Initial career stages include roles at Pearl Meyer and Aon Hewitt, focusing on executive compensation consulting, as well as an early position as a Tennis Pro at Lake Forest Club. Eric holds a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Economics from Bucknell University and has also participated in study abroad programs at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
