Haley Schaffer

Haley Schaffer is a financial professional with significant experience in investment strategy and alternative solutions. Currently serving as Director of the Investment Strategy Group at ICONIQ Capital since July 2022, Haley previously held roles at BlackRock, including positions in the BlackRock Alternative Solutions Group and as a BlackRock Alternatives Specialist from August 2015 to August 2022. Early career experience includes summer analyst roles at Goldman Sachs focusing on AIMS Hedge Funds and AIMS Private Equity in 2014 and 2013, respectively, and a client relations internship at Waypoint Partners in 2012. Haley holds a degree from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
