Steve Kemp

Stephen is responsible for identifying, evaluating and supporting investments made by the ID Fund. In addition, Stephen leverages his extensive operating experience with the leadership of portfolio companies and assists due diligence efforts for new investments.

Stephen has a wealth of experience with more than 35 years leading and growing businesses, both in private and public USA companies. His career has encompassed numerous executive roles in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical devices and biotechnology sectors, where Stephen has experience of production, commercial, manufacturing and operational areas of the business. Stephen has a demonstrable and verifiable track record of delivering outstanding performance and results, consistently delivering exceptional shareholder value. In addition, Stephen is known for creating new revenue streams through strategic acquisitions and work flows. Stephen has been instrumental in growing companies for shareholder sale to large USA multinationals. He is a serial investor with more than 20 years’ experience in private equity ventures, startups, IPOs and building a wide portfolio.

Stephen earned a DMS (Diploma of Management Studies) degree from University of Westminster (U.K.), marketing accredited toward MBA and is a mechanical engineer.
