Wes Turbeville

Wes Turbeville is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Federal at ID.me since July 2021, Wes previously held the position of Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from June 2014 to July 2021, where management of high-impact studies focused on revenue growth strategies and operational improvements for Aerospace/Defense and Private Equity clients took place. Additional roles include Trustee at Team Rubicon UK and various positions in the US Navy, including Flag Aide, Test Pilot, and Fleet Hawkeye Pilot. Wes holds an MBA in Finance and Private Equity from London Business School, an MS in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Systems Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
