Alban Atkinson

For more than eight decades Alban and his family have owned Ince, a multi-disciplinary business that itself is nearly 100 years old. Alban is Ince’s Managing Director, responsible for many initiatives, including change management.

For the last 40 years, Ince has assisted Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) listed companies with their regulatory shareholder communication requirements.

In 2006 Ince introduced Virtual Data Rooms to the South African mergers and acquisitions market. In 2013, Ince launched iProducts, a complete electronic platform for shareholder communications.

In January 2017, after the Mauritian Regulator mandated that Issuers file their results in XBRL, Ince established itself as the major filer of XBRL in this market.

Together with partners, Ince is building a range of additional services to retail investors. Ince represents idaciti in Africa and has been accredited by CIPC, the South African Regulator, to provide iXBRL filing services to the South African market.
