Samaresh Parida

Samaresh Parida is the Founder and CEO of SP Growth Consulting, established in September 2012, which specializes in management consultancy services including business strategy, M&A, and technology-enabled finance. Parida serves as a Director on the Board of IDBI Bank and is also the Founder of Global Payex Pvt. Ltd., providing mobile payment services. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at KPMG India, Director of Strategy at Vodafone India Ltd., and CFO/Director of Finance at PepsiCo, with extensive experience in investment planning and acquisitions. Parida holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.
