Sunil Jha

Sunil Jha possesses extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at ideaForge. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Head of Research and Development at CLAAS, as well as Assistant General Manager in R&D. Sunil has also held the position of Senior Engineering Manager and Head of the Industrial Group at Textron. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Lead Engineer at John Deere and as a Scientist at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).
