April Kraemer

April Kraemer has extensive experience in consumer relations and management roles, currently serving as the Director of Idealnet at Idealease since December 2014, where April oversees a 24/7 breakdown center for heavy-duty trucks and manages a significant volume of breakdown contacts annually. Prior to this role, April worked at Walgreens for a decade in various capacities, including Manager of Consumer Relations & Social Media Care, Supervisor of Consumer Relations, and Specialist in the same field, leading teams and enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple channels. April holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Animation & Multi Media from The Art Institutes and graduated from Palatine High School.
