Karthick Rengasamy

Karthick Rengasamy is an experienced professional in talent acquisition with a robust background in human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Ideas2IT Technologies since August 2018, Karthick has held multiple roles within the company, including Manager and Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition, as well as Talent Acquisition Specialist - Lead. Prior to this, Karthick worked at CSS Corp from April 2014 to August 2018 as a Senior HR and HR - Talent Acquisition, focusing on understanding hiring needs and developing candidate profiles. Karthick's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Covenant Consultants, where responsibilities encompassed the complete life cycle of recruitment. Karthick holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Meenakshi College of Engineering and a BCA in Computer Application from Madurai Kamaraj University.
