Alex Jorion

Alex Jorion currently serves as the Director of Hydrogen at Idemitsu Renewables, following a tenure as Project Director for Hydrogen at NextEra Energy Resources. With extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, Alex Jorion previously held roles at EDF Renewables North America, including Manager of Strategic Development Initiatives, where notable achievements included initiating the company's Green Hydrogen business and developing the first Offshore Wind Green Hydrogen project in the USA. Throughout a progressive career, Alex Jorion has also contributed to technology commercialization, economic evaluations for offshore wind, and investment analysis at Angeles Investment Advisors. An educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson, a finance certificate from UCLA, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
