Kelly Bjork

Kelly Bjork is a seasoned design leader with over two decades of experience in guiding organizations through innovative design thinking and collaborative problem-solving. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Executive Design Director at IDEO since November 2015, Kelly drives creativity and strategic transformation across industries. Previously, as Executive Managing Director for North America at IDEO and Associate Partner at VSA Partners, Kelly led teams in delivering impactful, cross-channel solutions and cultivating strong client relationships. Educational credentials include Executive Education programs at Columbia Business School and Yale School of Management, along with a BFA in Fine Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
