Aashish Kumar

Aashish Kumar is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership and business partnership. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Chief Manager Human Resources at IDFC FIRST Bank, Aashish has previously held the role of HR Business Partner at Capgemini and Client HR Business Partner at IBM. Aashish also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at Nomura and a Winter Intern at REHAU. Aashish completed a Master's in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has furthered education at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in September 2023.
