Aparajita Patra

Aparajita Patra currently holds the position of Chief Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, having transitioned from the role of Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included formulating collections strategies for retail banking and overseeing key projects in credit card collections, pre-delinquency management, and digital partnerships campaigns. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at UNICEF India, focusing on nutrition research and project implementation, as well as earlier consultancy positions with UNICEF at IIT Bombay. Additionally, Aparajita has coordinated recruitment efforts at the Placement Cell of IIT Bombay and served as a Department Coordinator for the Institute Student Companionship Program. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Technology and Development from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Technology degree from Calcutta University.
