Chandni Thakkar

Chandni Thakkar currently serves as a Manager in Learning & Talent at IDfy since November 2021, focusing on identifying authentic candidates for product roles. Prior to this, Chandni co-founded Happy Green, where responsibilities included developing strategies for customer acquisition and managing business operations from January 2020 to November 2021. Previous experience encompasses roles in corporate HR at Fabtech Technologies International Limited, Vodafone Idea Limited, and Vodafone, with a focus on talent acquisition and management processes. Initial experience includes a human resource internship at ByTheDesigners. Chandni holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Management Studies with a finance specialization from Somaiya Vidyavihar University.
