Lei Chen

Lei Chen is an experienced executive in the fields of electric vehicles, solar energy, and industrial automation, currently serving as Executive Director at IDG Capital since August 2017. Previously, Lei held the position of Senior Associate at CICC from January 2011 to August 2017, focusing on A-share IPOs, equity financing, and internal deal review. Notable qualifications include being a CSRC A-share Sponsor Representative and holding a registered Hong Kong Securities and Futures Intermediates License. Additional consultancy experience includes positions at Aon Hewitt, Deloitte & Touche, and IBM Global Business Services. Lei holds dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Accounting from Peking University and participated in an exchange program in Finance at The Ohio State University.
