Simon Jary is a seasoned media executive with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as SVP Consumer Worldwide at IDG since November 2015, Simon Jary is responsible for creating a global Consumer business and developing international strategies for technology media. Previous roles at IDG include Head of Strategic Development Center for Digital Partnerships and Commercial Content, and Publishing Director & General Manager, overseeing P&L for Consumer brands across the UK and US. Simon Jary has also held significant positions at Foundry and Macworld Communications, Inc., along with earlier editorial roles that contributed to launching influential publications like Macworld Online. Simon Jary holds a First degree in History of Art from the University of Warwick.
