Ben Horsbrugh is an experienced professional in sustainability and quality management, currently serving as the Global Director for Food System Transformation & Climate Adaptation at IDH since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Director of Sustainability for Dole EMEA from September 2022 to February 2024. Ben has a solid background in consultancy and management, having worked with GLOBALG.A.P. as Team Leader for Key Accounts and Membership, and Greenyard as Director of Quality Management and CSR. Additional experience includes roles at Atlanta AG, Kompetenzzentrum Ökolandbau Niedersachsen GmbH, and Naturkost im Grossmarkt Oldenburg. Ben began a career in environmental programs at The RSA and has academic credentials in European Cultural Studies from Vassar College and English Literature from the University of York.
