Alice Redfern

Alice Redfern currently serves as Associate Director at IDinsight, where responsibilities include leading partnerships with the Philippines Department of Health and managing a team to conduct the first annual survey on Universal Health Coverage implementation. Previously, Alice worked as Senior Manager at Croydon University Hospital, completing the Foundation Programme years in various medical disciplines. Alice gained extensive experience at IDinsight as a Manager, focusing on rigorous evidence production for client needs and social impact, and earlier held research roles at The George Institute for Global Health and the University of Oxford. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences.
