Brian Stalker

Brian Stalker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management and operational leadership within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of TechOps at ST Engineering iDirect since July 2021, Brian focuses on developing and implementing customer services and enhancing service portfolios in compliance with industry best practices. Prior experience includes key roles at Speedcast as Director of Service Management Governance & OSS, where Brian developed global capabilities for customer services, and at SES Networks as VP of Global Network Operations, overseeing all global customer services and infrastructure. Additional roles at Harris Corporation and SchlumbergerSoftware provided Brian with a strong foundation in OSS/BSS systems architecture, customer service management, and operational support.
