Natalya Lukyanova

Natalya Lukyanova is an experienced consultant and expert in social policy and health governance, currently working with the International Development Law Organization as a Consultant since September 2023. With roles including Social Policy and Health Rights Expert for Labor & Health Social Initiatives and Capacity Development Manager at Pact, Natalya has contributed to various projects focused on health rights, capacity building, and program evaluation. Previous positions include Health Analyst at UNDP Ukraine, where strategic inputs on health reform and HIV program development were provided, and prior to that, extensive experience in academia as a Senior Tutor at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Natalya holds a PhD in Political Science and multiple degrees in social work, psychology, and applied mathematics.
