Anika Leal Garcia

Anika Leal Garcia is an International MBA Candidate at IE Business School, expected to graduate in December 2025. Currently, Anika serves as a Project Manager at Fertilizantes Nordic, where responsibilities include resource planning and project management for new product launches and business digitalization. Previous experience includes roles at Bridge for Billions, where Anika was an Ecosystem Manager and Program Associate focused on fostering entrepreneurship within migrant and refugee communities in Spain, and as the Founder and CEO of KAOS, an online platform for holistic wellness. Anika has also worked as a Shiftleader at Honest Greens, and has held various internships in marketing and customer service across several organizations. Anika holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Navarra and certifications in Plant-Based Culinary Arts and Coaching.
