Ashmit Sharma

Ashmit Sharma is currently serving as Joint Treasurer, Coordinator, and Executive at IEEE DTU since April 2022, while also acting as the Section Student Representative for the IEEE Delhi Section Student Network since August 2023. In this role, Ashmit has directed the development and operations of over 120 student branches across North India, managing more than 5,000 members and increasing engagement by 40%. Additional experience includes being a member of NeuralAI DTU from January 2022 to July 2024, an intern at the Centre for Railway Information Systems in July 2023, and a winter intern at the Development Monitoring & Evaluation Office, NITI Aayog in December 2022. Ashmit is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Mathematics and Computer Science at Delhi Technological University, with prior education from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram and Kulachi Hansraj Model School.
