Justin Shi

Justin Shi currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief for the 2023 Blockchain Technical Briefs at IEEE since March 2023 and has been an Associate Professor at Temple University since July 1985, focusing on curriculum development and research in Statistic Multiplexed Computing Architectures (SMCA). Additionally, Justin Shi has held various leadership roles at Temple University, including Associate Chairman and Chairman, facilitating graduate curriculum development, faculty development, and industry relationship management. Previously, as CSO at Parallel Computers Technology Inc. from April 1997 to December 2016, Justin Shi directed research and development for high-performance transactional and computational systems. Justin Shi began academic endeavors as a Post Doctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania in early 1985. Justin Shi holds a Ph.D. in Parallel Processing and an MS in Software Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a BS in Computer Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
