Irakiza Rhodah

Irakiza Rhodah is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at ieng Group since January 2024, Irakiza has previously held positions including HR Manager at Autochek Africa and Human Resource Generalist at BrighterMonday Uganda. With a career that began as an Administrative Assistant at Uk Furniture Ltd, Irakiza has developed expertise in employee relations, recruitment, payroll management, grievance handling, training, and employee development. Educationally, Irakiza holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University, a Management Studies degree from Uganda Management Institute, and is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at Jain (Deemed-to-be University).
