Sheila A. Marshman, MBA, Ph.D., is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of agricultural business with extensive experience in teaching, consulting, and mentoring. Currently serving as Associate Professor of Agricultural Business and Division Chair at SUNY Morrisville, Sheila oversees various agribusiness programs and contributes to budget development and staff training. Sheila is also a Volunteer Mentor for the International Executive Service Corps, conducting market assessments and developing marketing strategies for dairy products in Kenya. Additionally, Sheila serves as a Mentor for the GrowNY competition at Cornell University, focusing on food and agriculture innovation, and provides consulting services through NY FarmNet, addressing financial management and operational efficiency for farm families. With a robust educational background including a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Management, Sheila has held key roles in agribusiness management, including previous positions at Key Bank and Agway Inc.
