Noel Pedroza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and management. Serving as the Vice President of Customer Care at iFIT since January 2023, Noel previously held the role of Head of Customer Operations, Global at Qualtrics from May 2021 to December 2022. During a notable tenure at Visa, Noel served as Vice President for both Global Partner Management and Global Merchant Support, as well as Senior Director of Global Merchant Support. Earlier professional experiences include leadership positions at eBay, GE, and American Express, focusing on global partner management, fraud prevention, and Six Sigma project leadership.
