Michael Watt

Michael Watt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment risk, quantitative applications, and business reporting. Currently serving as Project Lead for Business Reporting, Data and Risk at IFM Investors since May 2021, Michael previously held leadership roles including Head of Quantitative Applications at JANA Investment Advisers and Lead Consultant at PortfolioMetrics. Prior positions include Head of Investment Risk and Senior Portfolio Manager at Victorian Funds Management Corporation, Senior Analyst in Fixed Income and Credit at Challenger Limited, and Lead Consultant at McPartlin Watt & Associates. Michael's educational background includes a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Econometrics from Monash University.
