Umut Berk Bilgiç

Umut Berk Bilgiç is a Full Stack Finance & Asset Management Software Engineer at Inkubator 100 Plus GmbH & Co. KG since October 2020, specializing in the development, visualization, and maintenance of asset management strategies and web services. In addition, Umut serves as a Steering Group Member for both the iGEM Foundation and After iGEM, focusing on responsible research practices in synthetic biology and promoting open science accessibility. Previously, Umut worked as a Network Engineer at Technische Universität Darmstadt, set up an encrypted online chat platform, and gained valuable experience through internships at Microsoft, where smart city solutions were developed, and at Sebit Information & Education Technologies Inc., focusing on backend and web development. Education includes a Master's degree in Distributed Software Systems from Technische Universität Darmstadt and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bilkent University.
