Henry Li is currently a Backend Engineer at Igloo. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer at Igloo (formerly Axinan) from May 2019 to August 2021. Henry has also held positions as Research and Development Manager at tap4fun from July 2016 to April 2019, and as a Full-stack Engineer at Hangzhou Qianxun Technology Co., Ltd. from October 2015 to June 2016.
Henry is known for their ability to build outstanding and dynamic teams of software engineers and developers, which has significantly boosted the overall success of the organizations they have worked for. Henry is also skilled in designing and implementing scalable applications server side, and has experience working with product managers, developers, quality assurance, and partners to resolve technical issues.
In their previous role as Research and Development Manager at tap4fun, Henry led a team of 30 developers in the analysis and rebuild of software from conception through implementation. Henry also monitored resource allocation, budget development, and personnel recruitment for multiple projects. In addition, they developed an intern recruitment and training plan, and built a talent echelon of software engineers.
Henry has also been instrumental in adopting agile development models, developing CI/CD platforms, and improving team research and development efficiency. Henry is also experienced in using microservice architecture and promoting the evolution of containerization and other technical directions.
