Ser Yang

Ser Yang is a business development expert with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Ser has worked with some of the biggest names in both the telco and insurance sectors, and has a proven track record in securing major regional partnerships. Her most recent role was as Senior Regional Commercial Manager for Igloo, where they led a team responsible for Igloo’s digital insurance partnerships across 7 APAC markets. Prior to that, they were Strategic Partnerships Manager at Singtel, where they were responsible for leading the negotiation of numerous strategic partnerships deals, including Singtel’s first ever mega insurance deal with insurer AIA. Ser Yang is an expert in business co-creation and deal negotiation, and has a keen understanding of the needs of both insurers and reinsurers.

Ser Yang has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Information Systems Management from Singapore Management University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.
