Lenea Richardson

LeNea Richardson, CHRP, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at IGNITE since July 2024 and has been a Human Resources Generalist and Payroll Administrator at Mopion Inc. since February 2021. With a strong background in human resources, including roles as Human Resources Coordinator at Lifemark Health Group and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Hazelview Properties, LeNea has extensive experience in client relations, HR compliance, and payroll processing. LeNea has also held various positions at Seneca College, where skills in talent acquisition, team management, and student advocacy were developed. LeNea holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Strategy and Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Seneca Polytechnic.
