Katie Walters

Katie Walters is an accomplished Promotions Director at iHeartMedia since June 2022, overseeing events and entertainment for notable radio outlets including 700WLW and KISS 107. As the owner of Katie Walters Events & Entertainment since 2014, Katie manages the marketing, production, and execution of a range of events, alongside rebranding efforts for various organizations. Notably, Katie has self-produced the 80s Throwback Party to Benefit Brighton Recovery Center for Women since February 2013. Additionally, Katie has served as an independent band promoter/booker since 1998, collaborating with local bands and promoters. Prior experience includes a role as Radio Promotions Coordinator at Hubbard Radio Cincinnati from 2005 to May 2020, where Katie coordinated over 300 events annually. Katie Walters holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Centre College, attained in 1992, and graduated from Highlands High School in 1988.
