During 2019, the Leviathan gas platform in the Mediterranean sea is going to be built just 10 km of Dor Beach, even though the gas field is 120 km into the sea!
This gas rig and any nearshore gas rigs will ruin Israel’s beaches for generations!
An oil spill will poison our marine life and contaminate all of our water sources, including, drinking, bathing and water intended for agricultural purposes

A simple solution exists - a floating gas platform (FPSO), above the gas field, 120 km into the sea, which is the system that most countries use around the world!
A floating gas platform is safer, more reliable, cheaper and pollutes into the environment at insignificant levels.
