Paul Janeway is an experienced culinary professional with a notable career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Development and Executive Chef for Research & Development at IHOP since December 2005, Paul has been instrumental in developing innovative culinary concepts. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Executive Chef at Hamlet Restaurants from February 1998 to December 2005. Paul’s formal culinary education includes City & Guilds parts 1 & 2 from Hastings College of Arts and Technology, completed between 1979 and 1981.
