Carlos Morais is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and infrastructure engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Infrastructure Engineering and Projects at IHS Towers since October 2022. Carlos has extensive experience in developing innovative technical solutions for telecommunications infrastructure, including 4G and 5G technologies, and has held various roles at TIM Brasil, FC Engenharia Elétrica, Telefônica Brasil, Claro, Vivo, and AES Atimus, focusing on infrastructure solutions, network expansion, and interconnection planning. Carlos holds a postgraduate degree in Service Management from ESPM and a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Telecommunications from UERJ, along with certification as a Functional Consultant in SAP MM.
