Aashima Gaba

Aashima Gaba is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services, with an expected completion date in April 2025. Aashima has previously served as an Assistant Professor at both Delhi Metropolitan Education and Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies, contributing to academic development from August 2020 to June 2020. Aashima has also held leadership roles in the Career Management Cell at the Delhi School of Economics, where responsibilities included acting as Treasurer and Junior Coordinator, overseeing cash transactions and managing placement events from July 2017 to June 2019. Early career experience includes an Audit Associate position at KPMG Global Services and a finance internship at Hindustan Power Projects Pvt Ltd. Aashima's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Commerce from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Honors) from Gargi College.
