Paraskar started their career at Lavasa Corporation in November 2003 as part of the startup team, heading the Marketing, PR and Sales functions. Anuradha was responsible for creating the innovative thought leadership platform "Lavasa Future Cities" with The Times of India. The platform helped position Lavasa as a thought leader in the urbanization context of India. In 2010-11, they focused on crisis management in Media during the MoEF shutdown of Lavasa.
From a sales perspective, Paraskar led a large Marketing & Sales team of 55 members, including 3 VPs, 7 AVPs, and several Managers and executives. Anuradha featured in Femina amongst top 25 most powerful woman in Pune region and also got awarded best Woman SuperAcheiver by Asia Retail Congress and Best Brand Builder by World CMO council in this tenure.
Anuradha Paraskar has a Master of Management Studies (M.M.S) in Marketing from Mumbai university, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Statistics from Ruparel College Mumbai, and SSC with Distinction from Canossa Convent , Mahim, Mumbai 16.
