Seojin Hong

Seojin (Jin) Hong currently serves as an Associate in Capital Markets at IK Partners, having transitioned from an Analyst role in the same division in June 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at ING from September 2020 to May 2023 as a Leveraged Finance Analyst following an International Talent Programme, where rotations included Energy Projects Advisory and Acquisition Finance. Earlier experience at ING also includes a KYC Intern position focused on customer due diligence and environmental social risk. Seojin participated in the St. Gallen Symposium as a Leader of Tomorrow and held a Foreign Business Development Intern role at Fin2B, where market expansion strategies for Southeast Asia were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance & Private Equity from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ewha Womans University, alongside an exchange program at the University of Groningen.
