Ramona Puia

Ramona Puia is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at IKEA Group since February 2018, Ramona has previously held leadership positions including Deputy HR Manager and HR Specialist at Marfin Bank Romania from November 2011 to February 2018, and a customer service role as CS Specialist at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from November 2006 to November 2011. Ramona holds an Associate CIPD qualification in Human Resources Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources as well as an undergraduate degree in Management from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
