Louise Lerfall

Louise Lerfall currently serves as HR-ansvarlig at IKM Consultants AS since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing consultants' visa, NAV, insurance, training bookings, sick leave, and overtime, in addition to ensuring quality control through adherence to processes and procedures. Previously, Louise was HMSK and HR koordinator at DAYS LIKE THIS from March 2015 to January 2019, focusing on customer service and shop development through collaboration with management. Louise holds a Master's degree in Change Management from the University of Stavanger (2016-2018), an exchange Master's degree from the University of Copenhagen (2017), and a Bachelor's degree in Learning Psychology from OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University (2013-2016).
