Elise Lami

Elise Lami is a recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Chargée de Recrutement at Île-de-France Mobilités since September 2023, Elise's role includes defining recruitment needs, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and overseeing the integration of new hires. Prior to this, Elise worked at Groupe SII as a Talent Recruiter in the Aeronautics, Space, Defense, and Transport sector, where responsibilities involved candidate sourcing, interview processes, and HR advisory functions. Previous experience also includes serving as Responsable secteur RH at Du Temps pour moi, managing HR services for a client portfolio and handling recruitment and administrative tasks. Elise holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from MBway and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
