N J R Srinivas is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently, as the Head of Software Development and Delivery at iLenSys Technologies Pvt Ltd since October 2024, Srinivas oversees all software development teams and leads new product initiatives. Previously, as Vice President Engineering at Anvation Labs, Srinivas specialized in the development of Android-based HMI applications for two-wheelers. Experience includes roles at Elico Limited, where responsibilities ranged from General Manager of Software Design and Development to contributing to significant projects such as automated water testing solutions. Srinivas's career also includes foundational work at TEJASWI INFO INNOVATIONS and Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL). Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Digital Systems and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
