Shasta Drake

Shasta Drake, M.S., is an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a robust background in diverse HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently positioned at The Illinois Center for Autism since November 2017, Shasta has effectively guided leadership and performance management while enhancing employee relations and productivity. Previous roles include managing the Workers’ Compensation program at Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley, and providing comprehensive HR support at Cenveo, Family Resource Center of Missouri, and Dakaria Girls Fashion Camp. Additionally, Shasta has experience in financial management from a tenure at US Bank and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
