Dave Fellows

Dave Fellows serves as the Regional Planning Coordinator for the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System since May 2010, acting as a liaison for 15 counties in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Previously, as a Security Specialist at the St. Clair County Regional Office of Education from September 2007 to August 2010, Dave conducted vulnerability assessments of critical infrastructure, especially in schools, and provided training in NIMS/ICS while assisting in crisis plan development. Prior to this, Dave held the position of Assistant Deputy Director at the Southwestern Illinois Police Academy from January 1995 to June 2007 and served as a Lieutenant at the Fairview Heights Police Department from 1981 to 2007. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement and Sociology from Western Illinois University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Law Enforcement and Sociology from Joliet Junior College.
