Justin Denton

Justin Denton serves as the Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Technology Services at Illinois Valley Community College, where responsibilities include strategic oversight and management of IT infrastructure. With over 25 years of IT leadership experience, Justin previously held the position of Senior Director of IT Support Services at Collegis Education, managing operations for over 60 educational institutions. During tenure at Rasmussen College, Justin was Program Chair and Interim Dean of the School of Technology, overseeing faculty and budget management. Earlier, Justin managed IT operations at Centrue Bank, a major financial institution in Illinois, and led helpdesk operations at IBM for a large user base. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. candidate in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University, a Master's in Network and Communications Management from Keller Graduate School, and a Bachelor's in Networking and Communications Management from DeVry Institute of Technology.
