Yash Modi

Yash Modi is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff II at Illumio since July 2024, where contributions include the development of Go microservices for scheduling tasks and policy enforcement with significant latency reduction. Previously, at Blinkpad, Yash implemented and optimized microservices in Golang and Python, successfully led a critical migration task, and interned as a Software Development Engineer. Prior to that, Yash gained experience at GE Renewable Energy leading a team in an agile environment and at Conga designing RESTful APIs. Yash holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from San José State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat.
